5th class visit to Kilmagig graveyard.

Our visit to Kilmagig Cemetery

Last Tuesday, our class 5th class went to the Kilmagig graveyard. We walked through the woods at the back of the school. Then we saw lots of different types of trees and colourful fairy doors. We saw the old St. Patrick’s well on our way into the graveyard. We entered the graveyard and filled out our worksheets. We found the oldest and newest gravestones. On one of the gravestones, we saw a lovely prayer rock. The graveyard was well after because the grass was cut and it looked lovely. We had a great time and we would love to go back there sometime soon.
