Sixth Class Rainforest Projects- Eimear Brennan

During Home schooling the teacher asked us to do a project on the rainforest. We got to chose four animals from each layer for our research. We had to find out about the habitat , diets, appearance, threats to their existence .We also had to research two interesting facts about them. We had three weeks to complete the task and I enjoyed it very much. We brought our projects into school and presented them to the class. There were loads of different kinds of projects, booklets, posters and 3D models. I could tell that everybody had worked really hard on their projects and the feedback was very supportive after each presentation. I learned all of sorts of new facts. I really enjoyed the whole process of both compiling my own project and learning from all of my classmates’ presentations.
