Third Class are busy baking

Last Thursday our class made chocolate Rice Krispie buns. Everyone in the class took turns to make them and it was so much fun!
Firstly, we melted some chocolate over a saucepan full of hot water. Next, we poured Rice Krispies into the bowl of melted chocolate. Then we took turns stirring the Rice Krispies so that they would be all covered in chocolate. After this, we used small spoons to scoop up the Rice Krispies and put them into the cupcake cases. We then let them set for 10-15 minutes. While they were left to set, we wrote out the procedure that we followed in our best handwriting. Finally, once they were ready, we each got to eat a Rice Krispie bun.  It was a lovely Thursday treat!:)
