Success at the Arklow Music Festival!
We are thrilled to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our students at this year’s Arklow Music Festival!
Our Junior Infants impressed the judges with their enthusiastic performance in the Action Song category, earning a Very Highly Commended award. Their energy and joy on stage were truly wonderful to see.
Our 4th and 5th Class students also shone in the Action Song category, securing second place with their fantastic routine. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every move and note.
A huge congratulations to our 6th Class, who won their Action Poem category with an original piece written by our very own Ms. Van Esbeck. The students delivered a powerful and engaging performance, bringing the poem to life with great expression and confidence.
Another highlight of the festival for our school was our wonderful choir, who claimed first place in the Under 13 Unison Choir competition. Their teamwork and musicality stood out, earning them well-deserved recognition as category winners.
A special well done to all the students who took part in the Individual Poems category. It takes great courage and dedication to perform solo, and we are so proud of each and every one of you for representing our school so well.
We are incredibly proud of all our students for their dedication, creativity, and teamwork. A big thank you to our teachers and staff for their guidance and support in preparing for the festival. Well done, everyone!
